Infrared Sauna
Our Infrared Sauna Memberships give you access to 2 sauna rooms. Begin to make a change to your health & happiness with our far infrared sauna therapy. Regular sauna therapy can promote relaxation of muscles and joints helping to reduce tension & stress in the body. Incorporating IR sauna in a regular wellness routine can have a positive impact on physical & mental health.
To become part of the My Wellness Bar family, we invite you to download the MyClub Fitness (free) app using the links below. This app will allow you to find & manage your membership in real-time, enabling you to book classes & services (Sauna) , process payments and keep you up to date with any key communication. After Joining – Access your membership information & book classes by downloading the My Club app on your phone.

You are joining our club so when you open the app click on the Register Now! link. Search for our club and location and then click ”JOIN”. Choose the membership type from the available displayed and Enter your details. The email address you enter in the first screen will become your login name. Make sure you set a password.
