Reformer Pilates Class Timetable
With over 30 classes to choose from each week, There is bound to be a routine that suits your lifestyle. Our classes are quite personalised with an 8 participant capacity per session. This gives our instructors space to watch your technique closely & ensure that you are moving correctly & efficiently to get the most out of your workout.
We highly recommend at least 2 classes per week to start seeing a change in your body & 3 or more if you want to really feel strong & notice a change faster.
